There's also a lot to the law when it comes to manufacturing alcoholic beverages.

I hope to be manufacturing before the end of 2009 and on the shelves for new year's eve 2010/2011.

We have been doing research and development on WōD Wines for pretty much the whole year and are getting ready to put the numbers together with the business plan and get this thing rolling! That will be a relief.
